Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Owning more than one account, whether directly or through a third party, is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without any refund. 1895 reserves the right to employ various identity verification methods to ensure that every account is unique and belongs to a genuine user.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity carried out through your account will be treated as your own actions, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the 1895 support team. Please use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available to protect your account from unauthorised access.
1895 reserves the right to require users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including submission of identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is finalised.
1895 users are required to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from using automated bots, scripts, or any technology designed to automate gameplay or transactions on the 1895 platform. All financial transactions on the 1895 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods listed in the Finance section of your account. 1895 does not accept deposits made through third parties or payment methods not recognised by the platform.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set for each payment method and may change from time to time. All successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe indicated, depending on the payment method used. If your deposit is not credited within the expected period, please contact the 1895 support team with proof of the transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to security and KYC review processes, which may require additional time to complete. 1895 reserves the right to delay or place a hold on any suspicious withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing, in order to safeguard all users. All withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by management.
Any bonus or promotional credit received is subject to specific wagering requirements before it can be converted to cash. Users are responsible for understanding these conditions before accepting any bonus offer. 1895 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through unauthorised means or in breach of the platform's promotional policies.
The 1895 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted and error-free service, 1895 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without disruption, delay, or technical faults. 1895 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.
1895 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of game outcomes, internet connectivity issues, device failures, or external factors beyond our control. All content on the 1895 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1895 or its respective licensors. Any third-party website links that may appear on the 1895 platform are provided solely for user convenience. 1895 has no control over the content of such third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use. 1895 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, misconduct, breach of Terms, or a threat to platform security. In the event of account closure on valid grounds, any remaining account balance (after applicable deductions) will be returned to the user via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 1895 support team. Prior to closure, all pending transactions, active bets, and ongoing bonus conditions will be settled in accordance with the platform's prevailing policies. Account closure requests cannot be reversed once fully processed.
1895 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via your registered email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes will be deemed your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
